We use information to respond to you, schedule appointments, send service-related messages, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
By providing your phone number through our website, by text, or verbally, you consent to receive text messages from Synaptic Assistant related to your inquiry, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact kyle@synapticassistant.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message delivery service.
Information is stored on systems we control and retained only as long as needed to provide the service. Request deletion at any time by emailing kyle@synapticassistant.com.
